Vision

Our vision for the Junior Leadership Academy is not just about creating confident and competent leaders, but also about nurturing a generation of individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the world. We believe that by equipping them with the right set of skills and values, they can truly make a difference in their communities and beyond.

We want to instill in them a sense of purpose, a commitment to integrity, and a drive to always strive for excellence.

Our hope is that these young men and women will not only be able to tackle any situation with ease but also inspire others to do the same.
So let's work together as parent and mentor, to create a future full of capable and compassionate leaders who will shape the world for the better.

Mission

At Tan'Gun Martial Arts Academy, we believe in nurturing the next generation of leaders.

Our Junior Leadership Academy is designed to help children develop the skills and qualities required to become successful leaders of the future.

We provide a safe and supportive environment where children can challenge themselves and build confidence in their abilities.
Through a combination of martial arts practice and leadership activities, our students learn the importance of respect, discipline, team building, forward thinking and hard work.

We emphasise the importance of collaboration, problem-solving, and communication, all of which are essential skills for successful leaders.

How To Apply

Just click on the PDF and download it. Once you've filled it in, just hand it to us at the Academy.

You're here because you have read an email with a link that takes you here.

Hand in the form on or before the deadline and you'll be invited to come along to a JLA Assessment event where you will be asked to demonstrate a few things that anyone who takes or assists in class will be expected to know, such as belt tying and basic exercises.

You will find out on the day if you have been successful (not everyone is).
Once that happens, you will be able to take your first steps towards becoming a World Class Leader.
