Focusing on strength, muscular endurance and fitness conditioning, these classes will help to develop a strong and toned physique. Body conditioning classes involve a high energy, high impact workout and a combination of aerobics and toning.

Our First

Total Body Conditioning Class

Starts On

Tuesday 21st September at 9:30. This session will be completely FREE!!

 

All other sessions will run every Tuesday morning at the same time but will be £8 per class, pay on the day.
