Service Description

Everything You Need to Know for Your First Free Class: What to Wear: Comfortable clothing (tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt). No shoes needed as we train barefoot. What to Bring: A bottle of water and a smile What to Expect: Your child will join the class immediately. Our instructors will ensure they feel welcomed and supported, regardless of their previous experience. Parents are welcome to watch. Please note: A parent or guardian must stay and participate alongside their child. Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can welcome you properly.
