Me and my daughter have been attending Tan'Gun since May 2021. After the lock downs taking there toll I began to re think my training. Instead of pounding away on a tread mill at the gym or taking part in body pump classes. I decided that I wanted to learn a life skill that would also keep me fit and keep me thinking. The benefits to date have been amazing both physically and mentally. Master David has a great way of encouraging you to push yourself and having the patience to explain the numerous patterns and techniques you need to develop on your journey. My daughter has made new friends and it has helped her confidence immensely. Honestly come and try it for yourself!
